These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between iduit88a ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the iduit88a platform, available at https://iduit88a.cam and all associated subdomains, applications, and services.

iduit88a operates as an online casino and sports betting platform under an international gaming licence. The platform is designed and operated to serve players in Malaysia, including individuals based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions across the country.

By accessing the iduit88a platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the iduit88a website, mobile interface, applications, and any related services accessible at https://iduit88a.cam.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds, bonus funds, and/or free credits held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or an accepted equivalent, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of wagers a Player must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and payment method verification process required before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Eligible Payment Methods" means the approved deposit and withdrawal channels including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other methods listed on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or Company policy.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to individual casino games, sports betting markets, and other wagering products available on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account with iduit88a, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. iduit88a strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age. Age verification will be enforced at account registration and prior to any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any corporate entity, syndicate, or third party for the purpose of placing wagers.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful under applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, account restriction, or voluntary gambling block applied by iduit88a or any associated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of iduit88a or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account with iduit88a. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify iduit88a promptly of any changes.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, iduit88a is required to verify the identity of all account holders in accordance with our KYC policy. You will be requested to provide:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian NRIC or passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement).

iduit88a will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC verification is completed to the Company's satisfaction. The Company bears no liability for delays resulting from a Player's failure to submit required documents promptly.

By using the iduit88a Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following general terms apply to all Platform access and activity:

iduit88a supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Eligible Payment Methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other methods listed on the Platform at any given time. The availability of specific methods may vary.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. iduit88a does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following indicative timelines:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: typically under 5 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX transfers: typically 5–15 minutes.
• Direct bank wire (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): typically 15–60 minutes.

These are indicative timeframes only and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, maintenance, or where additional verification is required. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals may only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical constraints.

Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with applicable AML obligations, iduit88a reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect the Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illicit purposes.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional offers made available by iduit88a are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers:

• Bonuses are awarded to verified, eligible Account holders only. Players under 21 years of age are not eligible for any promotional offer.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x depending on the specific promotion.
• Where an Account holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, wagers will be drawn from the Real Money Balance first by default unless the Player has expressly opted to use Bonus Funds.
• Bonus Funds that remain subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal of a Player's Real Money Balance unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or systematically manipulate any promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or artificial wagering patterns — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• The Refer a Friend programme rewards are subject to the referring player having a verified, active Account in good standing, and the referred player completing their first qualifying deposit.

Loyalty programme rewards, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold tier benefits, are governed by the Loyalty Programme Terms accessible on the Platform. Tier points are calculated on Real Money wagers only; Bonus-funded wagers do not accumulate tier points.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on iduit88a are subject to the specific Game Rules published within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific Game Rules, the specific Game Rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant game or market.

iduit88a is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides players with a suite of tools to manage their gambling activity, accessible at all times from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session duration alerts to notify them of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for a self-exclusion of a minimum of 6 months, during which the Account will be closed and marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iduit88a Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software errors, game vulnerabilities, or bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

iduit88a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (inactive account policy may apply).
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account suspension.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.

Upon closure of an Account, any verified Real Money Balance remaining will be returned to the Player via the most recently used Eligible Payment Method, less any applicable fees, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds and unearned loyalty points are non-refundable upon account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may contact our support team at any time. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iduit88a and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the Platform or any service provided thereon.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or betting market.
• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the Platform.
• Technical errors, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account as a result of your own failure to secure login credentials.

Nothing in this clause shall limit iduit88a's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content published on the iduit88a Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, game assets, and platform architecture, is the exclusive intellectual property of iduit88a or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of iduit88a. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

iduit88a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice via email or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of the Company's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the Player may escalate the matter to the Company's formal complaints process by contacting our support team. The Company will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 28 days.

Nothing in this clause shall affect a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.
